  • 1 Night stays will be considered based on availability.  Please call for 1 night stays. One night stays will be charged full amount at time of reservation and will be non-refundable
  • We are Pet Friendly.  We charge $35.00 per stay as a clean up fee.  Dogs and Cats only!  No more than 2 pets per cabin.  Please advise if you will be bringing pets at the time you make your reservation.  Excessive damages caused by the pets will be charged to your credit card.  You must keep pets on a leash when they are outside.  We recommend that you crate the pet if you leave the pet alone in the cabin, and please keep them off of the furniture.  You cannot tie the pet up outside.  Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
  • All Cabins are NON-SMOKING.  Failure to comply with the Non-Smoking Policy will result in a $50.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card.  You may smoke outside of the cabin, but you must use the ash container provided.  NO CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND.  Again, failure to comply with this policy will result in a $50.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, for advance reservations.   You will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of your reservation.  The $50.00 charged will be applied to your rental.  Balance is due at check in. You may pay the balance with a different credit card or cash.  (We do not accept American Express or personal checks.)
  • Group Reservations:  Groups renting 3 or more cabins will be charge a non-refundable deposit of 1 night’s rental at the time of the reservation.
  • A 9.25% tax applies to all rentals.
  • CANCELLATIONS:
  1. Cancellations must be made by contacting the office personnel at 580-494-6476.  Messages left on answering machines, voice mail or e-mail will not be accepted.
  2. The $50.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel your cabin at any time after the reservation is made.
  3. Cancellations made within 8 days of your arrival will be charged 1 night’s rent.
  4. Cancellations made on your arrival date are considered NO SHOWS.
  5. NO SHOWS will be charged 100%.
  6. Group cancellations (3 or more cabins reserved):   Cancellations for any cabin made within 8 days of the arrival will forfeit the deposit.  Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged for the full rental amount.
  • RESCHEDULING:  Should you need to reschedule your reservation, the $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged for the date of cancellation, and a second $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged to the date that you reschedule.
  • Please note the maximum occupancy for each cabin.  We DO NOT allow more than the maximum occupancy in our cabins.  We charge by the cabin, not by the person.  We count children as people.  We, the Oklahoma State Fire Codes, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Health and our insurance carrier do not permit overcrowding of the cabins for safety reasons.  Our insurance carrier requires that we have a correct number of guests in the cabins.  Overcrowding of the cabins will result in eviction and forfeiture of all rentals.
  • Missing items and/or damages will be charged to guest account.
  • We are not responsible for damages or losses to guest property or person. LOST & FOUND Please keep in mind, that if you happen to leave something behind, there will be a minimum of a $25.00 charge to return the items to you.
  • School/Youth/Church Groups:  We welcome groups.  However, groups will be required to have at least one adult (over 25) in each cabin reserved for the group.
  • Family Reunions and other group gatherings:  We welcome Family Reunions and other group gatherings; however, we ONLY have space available in the cabins and on the property for those guests renting cabins.   If your group has day visitors or visitors staying at other facilities in our area, we recommend that you rent pavilions from Beavers Bend State Park for gatherings.  We regret that we cannot accommodate other visitors, but we strive to make the property comfortable and our facilities available for ALL guests staying at the WhipPoorWill Resort.
  • Family Rentals:  We will NOT rent to vacationing students, singles under 21 or other non-chaperoned groups.  This policy includes reservations made by parents that do not check in and/or leave during the length of stay.  Any violators will be evicted and all rental payments forfeited.
  • ATVs – We do not have direct access to the ATV trails.  You will need to trailer your ATVs to the trails, and we ask that you leave the ATVs on your trailer while at the WhipPoorWill.
  • RVs and Tent Camping – we do not have facilities for RVs or Tent Camping.  You may contact the Beavers Bend State Park for campsites.
  • No Outdoor Music – we promote peace and quiet at the WhipPoorWill.  We ask that you not disturb other guests, and we will make sure others do not disturb you as well.
